Two years after the last visit, I revisited Kyoto.
Kyoto is a unique city. The city changes very slow in every way, sometimes through hundreds of years, whereas Tokyo changes very fast through less than a decade. Indeed, Kyoto is an old city.
Some may agree that Kyoto is beautiful in rain. You may get wet, but the wet city shows more “shadows,” revealing that the city has a long, long history.
Spring is not only for cherry blossoms, but is also the season of young maple leaves. It is interesting that people seem ignoring green maple leaves, focusing too much on cherry blossoms.
I just looked up and found something beautiful in rain. What a nice day in Kyoto. KT
