“Wide LED” LCD Monitor

Recently, I have switched my “main” desktop computer from Windows 10 to 11 (I know it is very late). Accordingly, I have also switched my LCD monitor to a brand-new. It seems a “Wide LED” monitor, so that overall screen looks very uniform, no matter how you look at it. It is very helpful, since I used to look at screen from a very specific angle, and yet it didn’t look quite uniform in density.

Another major upgrade was “monitor calibrator.” My previous model was simply too old. Windows 11 let me upgrade with many gadgets.

Very interesting. With proper calibration, some “white” of windows looks warmer, whereas other “white” looks colder. It is definitely because colors are properly separated on the monitor. I can enjoy such a subtlety of colors. On my everyday desktop computer. KT

A very insignificant image, but it does look quite uniform. Great.
